Anion and cation analysis using ion chromatography (IC)
Solving customer problems with advanced analysis and "analytical skills"! High-sensitivity quantitative analysis of anions and cations.
"Ion chromatography" is a method for separating and quantifying substances that exist as ions in aqueous solution. An electrolyte solution, which serves as the mobile phase, is passed through a column packed with ion exchange resin as the stationary phase. The sample ions injected into the mobile phase are separated based on their affinity differences with the ion exchange resin. An electrical conductivity detector is used for detection, allowing for the detection of each ion.
